discounts on your prescriptions drugs from participating local and national pharmacies.

Here’s what you get:

Access to over 60,000 national and regional pharmacy chain stores, including CVS, Walgreen's,
Target, and many more. Search online to find discounted prices on prescriptions
(www.rxpricequotes.com) and participating locations (www.locateproviders.com).

Here’s how you get it:

If you would like a Free Co-op Connections drug card, simply call or write our office and we
will be glad to send you a card and key FOB.

Here’s the estimated benefit:

You can expect to get a discount of 30% - 60% off prescription drug prices. Discount percentages
and prices will vary depending on pharmacy, pharmacy location, drug type, etc. REMC members
who have little or no prescription drug coverage can expect to pay less for expensive prescriptions.
REMC members with insurance co-pays, deductible requirements, etc. may choose not to use the
drug cards if they are satisfied with their existing prescription drug benefits.
