​Cooperative Calendar of Student Art Contest

Sponsored by Southeastern Indiana REMC and other electric cooperatives throughout the state, this contest recognizes young Hoosiers K-12, for their artisitic talents.  winners illustrate an award-winning wall calendar and receive cash prizes and an invitation to a recognition reception.

Indiana Electric Cooperative Page Day*

An opportunity for high school students to see the Indiana State Legislature in action and tour the Statehouse. 


Indiana Youth Tour to Washington, D.C.*

A week-long educational adventure that includes sightseeing at Gettysburg and Washington, D.C. and other national memorials as well as visits with Indiana's Congressional leaders on Capitol Hill and a rally with over 1,800 student delegates from across the country.  Students can apply during their junior year of high school. 

Touchstone Energy Camp*

Touchstone Energy Camp is a fun and unique three-day camp experience for sixth grade students going into seventh grade across Indiana. The camp takes place in early June and gives kids a chance to learn more about energy while making new friends and enjoying lots of activities and games.

Youth Power and Hope Awards*

Fifth through eighth grade students who care about their communities are honored for their community service, such as:  church, 4-H or other volunteer activities with family and friends.  Winners attend a special program in their honor, downtown Indianapolis.
